  1. Obamacare (King v Burwell) Eligibility of lower income people for subsidies for health insurance in states where exchanges were set up by the federal government
  2. Same sex marriage (Obergefell v. Hodges and related cases) States recognition of same sex marriages performed legally in other states.
  3. Political redistricting (Arizona State Legislature v. Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission) States permission to give redistricting process to independent commissions, removing it from jurisdiction of lawmakers.
  4. EPA/Pollution (Michigan v. Environmental Protection Agency) Costs of regulation implementation to coal/oil power plants must be considered by the EPA prior to enforcement.
